Digitalna ra\u010dunala su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161tena, dok su kvantna ra\u010dunala dobro poznata javnosti. Me\u0111utim, najmanje poznata ra\u010dunala su takozvana Stohasti\u010dka pulsna ra\u010dunala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rad tih potonjih ra\u010dunala temelji se na vrlo paralelnim logi\u010dkim operacijama izme\u0111u nizova elektri\u010dnih impulsa, gdje se impulsi javljaju u nasumi\u010dno vrijeme, kao u neuronima, \u017eiv\u010danim stanicama u mozgu \u010dovjeka i sisavaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavna motivacija za rastu\u0107i interes za istra\u017eivanjem RPC ra\u010dunala tijekom posljednjeg desetlje\u0107a jest nada da bi ona mogla br\u017ee i s manje potro\u0161nje energije rije\u0161iti zadatake, koje \u017eiva bi\u0107a s lako\u0107om ina\u010de rje\u0161avaju, no koji te\u0161ki za digitalna ra\u010dunala, poput primjerice trenutnih odgovora na podra\u017eaje, prepoznavanja obrazaca, otpornosti na pogre\u0161ke i o\u0161te\u0107enja u sustavu, u\u010denja i autonomije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U nedavnoj studiji objavljenoj <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-021-04177-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">u znanstvenom \u010dasopisu Scientific Reports<\/a><\/strong>, Znanstvenici iz Hrvatskog centra izvrsnosti za napredne materijale i senzore, dr. Mario Stip\u010devi\u0107 s Instituta Ru\u0111er Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 (IRB) i Mateja Bateli\u0107, studentica Prirodoslovno-matemati\u010dkog fakulteta (PMF) Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, opisuju nove ili pobolj\u0161ane verzije RPC sklopova, koji po prvi put koriste kvantnu slu\u010dajnost, ali i idu zna\u010dajan korak dalje te postavljaju prve temelje za teoriju RPC sklopova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naime, dok se sklopovi za obradu informacija u digitalnom ra\u010dunalu mogu sastaviti iz logi\u010dkih sklopova kao gra\u0111evnih blokova temeljenih na poznatoj Booleovoj teoriji, sli\u010dna teorija za RPC sklopove jo\u0161 ne postoji. Stoga je sinteza sklopova za RPC ograni\u010dena na poku\u0161aje i pogre\u0161ke, kroz eksperimentiranja ili simulacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sredi\u0161nji dio na\u0161eg rada je formulacija i dokaz takozvanog entropijskog prora\u010dunskog teorema, kojim se lako mo\u017ee provjeriti mo\u017ee li se odre\u0111ena matemati\u010dka (ili logi\u010dka) operacija izvesti ili &#8220;izra\u010dunati&#8221; bilo kojim fizi\u010dkim sklopom, i ako je tako, koliki vi\u0161ak entropije mora biti dostupan krugu da bi se izvr\u0161ila zadana operacija, poja\u0161njava za Zimo Stip\u010devi\u0107, ina\u010de voditelj Laboratorija za fotoniku i kvantnu optiku na IRB-u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U studiji su Stip\u010devi\u0107 i Brateli\u0107 demonstrirali teorem na nekoliko primjera matemati\u010dkih operacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017eda je najzanimljiviji dokaz postojanje deterministi\u010dkog kruga poluzbroja (a+b)\/2. No, taj sklop jo\u0161 nije poznat, a njegovo pronala\u017eenje izazov je za daljnja istra\u017eivanja, rekao je Stip\u010devi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Klju\u010d za otkrivanje tajni rada mozga<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U razgovoru sa Stip\u010devi\u0107em, doznali smo da se zapravo tim novim ili pobolj\u0161anim RPC sklopovima poku\u0161ava opona\u0161ati rad mozga, odnosno da ti sklopovi funkcioniraju poput neurona. Stip\u010devi\u0107 poja\u0161njava da su klju\u010d ti slu\u010dajni impulsi koje neuroni \u0161alju pri podra\u017eaju i koji izazivaju trenutnu reakciju, nasuprot klasi\u010dnim ra\u010dunalnim operacijama kojima bi bilo potrebno vi\u0161e vremena da naprave precizan izra\u010dun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pojasnio je na vi\u0161e primjera, poput recimo oka, kako neuroni reagiraju slu\u010dajnim impulsima na svjetlosne podra\u017eaje te da su frekvencije tih impulsa proporcionalno povezane s intenzitetom svjetla.
