Jedan tip planktonske hranidbene mre\u017ee poznat je svima. To je klasi\u010dna hranidbena mre\u017ea koja je relativno jednostavna i sastoji se od velikog fitoplanktona kojim se hrani veliki zooplankton, a njime ve\u0107i organizmi poput riba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drugi tip planktonske hranidbene mre\u017ee predstavlja mikrobna hranidbena mre\u017ea, daleko slo\u017eeniji sustav koji uklju\u010duje veliki broj skupina mikroorganizama malih dimenzija poput bakterija, cijanobakterija, malog fitoplanktona te njihovih jednako tako malih predatora poput bi\u010da\u0161a ili flagelata i trepetljika\u0161a ili cilijata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mikrobna hranidbena mre\u017ea je bolje zastupljena u morskim okoli\u0161ima siroma\u0161nim hranjivim organizmima (oligotrofni okoli\u0161i). Budu\u0107i da je Jadransko more u svom najve\u0107em dijelu takvima siroma\u0161no, mikrobnu hranidbenu mre\u017eu nalazimo gotovo u svim tipovima okoli\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Kori\u0161tenje novih ra\u010dunalnih metoda<\/span><\/strong><br><strong><br><\/strong>Me\u0111utim, znanstvenici Laboratorija za mikrobiologiju Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo u Splitu, u suradnji s kolegama iz drugih laboratorija, do\u0161li su do otkri\u0107a da u Jadranskom moru postoje vi\u0161e razli\u010ditih tipova mikrobne hranidbene mre\u017ee koji se pojavljuju na vrlo pravilan i ponovljiv na\u010din kod razli\u010ditih kombinacija okoli\u0161nih uvjeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ono \u0161to nam je omogu\u0107ilo ovakva saznanja je kori\u0161tenje novih sofisticiranih ra\u010dunalnih metoda, tzv. neuralnih mre\u017ea, neke vrste umjetne inteligencije, uz pomo\u0107 koje smo analizirali vi\u0161e od 3000 setova podataka&#8221;, pojasnio je prof. dr. sc. Mladen \u0160oli\u0107, voditelj Laboratorija za mikrobiologiju Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;U odre\u0111enom vremenskom trenutku u odre\u0111enom akvatoriju egzistira odre\u0111eni tip mikrobne hranidbene mre\u017ee, ali ve\u0107 u sljede\u0107em vremenskom trenutku okoli\u0161ni uvjeti se mogu promijeniti i ta \u0107e promjena biti popra\u0107ena transformacijom jedne varijante mikrobne hranidbene mre\u017ee u drugu&#8221;, dodao je \u0160oli\u0107, koji je sa svojim timom ove nalaze objavio u presti\u017enom \u010dasopisu Frontiers in Marine Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">4 tipa hranidbenih mre\u017ea<\/span><\/strong><br><br>Svaki od \u010detiri tipa mikrobnih hranidbenih mre\u017ea ima svoje specifi\u010dne strukturne zna\u010dajke koje se odra\u017eavaju i na njihovu ulogu u morskim ekosustavima. Tip 1 je karakteristi\u010dan je za topliji dio godine te uvjete siroma\u0161tva solima du\u0161ika i fosfora. U ovom tipu dominiraju mali autotrofni organizmi (osobito cijanobakterije) koji imaju veliki udio u primarnoj proizvodnji, a koji su dominantno kontrolirani od svojih grabe\u017eljivaca (flagelata i cilijata).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tip 4 je u mnogo\u010demu suprotan, naime on je karakteristi\u010dan za podru\u010dja sa sni\u017eenim salinitetom te za hladniji dio godine. U njemu dominira veliki fitoplankton, kao i heterotrofna komponenta hranidbene mre\u017ee (heterotrofne bakterije i njihovi predatori), koja je dominantno kontrolirana koli\u010dinom dostupne hrane, a ne grabe\u017eljivcima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tip 2 i tip 3 nisu sezonski odre\u0111eni i ne pokazuju dominantni tip kontrole (jednako su kontrolirani hranom i grabe\u017eljivcima). Me\u0111usobno se bitno razlikuju u udjelu i va\u017enosti malih skupina autotrofnog fitoplanktona koji su ve\u0107i u tipu 3, kao i po ograni\u010davaju\u0107im hranjivima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budu\u0107i da se tip 2 razvija u uvjetima siroma\u0161tva du\u0161ikom i fosforom, po tome je sli\u010dan tipu 1, dok je tip 3 karakteristi\u010dan za okoli\u0161e ograni\u010dene fosforom, ali relativno bogate du\u0161ikom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Globalno zatopljenje<\/span><\/strong><br><br>&#8220;Rezultati ovih istra\u017eivanja omogu\u0107it \u0107e bolje razumijevanje funkcioniranja morskih ekosustava, kao i promjena koje se mogu o\u010dekivati u morskim ekosustavima kao posljedica globalnog zatopljenja&#8221;, istaknula je dr. sc. \u017divana Nin\u010devi\u0107 Gladan, ravnateljica Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici predvi\u0111aju da \u0107e globalno zatopljenje imati za rezultat promjene u u\u010destalosti i vremenskom trajanju pojedinih hranidbenih mre\u017ea, \u0161to \u0107e utjecati na proizvodnju organske tvari iz ugljikovog dioksida u atmosferi, kao i na kru\u017eenje ugljika, du\u0161ika i fosfora u morskom ekosustavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.index.hr\/vijesti\/clanak\/splitski-znanstvenici-dosli-do-novog-otkrica-o-najsitnijim-bicima-u-jadranu\/2334949.aspx\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.index.hr\/vijesti\/clanak\/splitski-znanstvenici-dosli-do-novog-otkrica-o-najsitnijim-bicima-u-jadranu\/2334949.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Index.hr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Znanstvenici Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo u Splitu otkrili su postojanje razli\u010ditih tipova mikrobne hranidbene mre\u017ee koji se razvijaju ovisno o uvjetima koji u nekom trenutku vladaju u morskom okoli\u0161u.
