To je postigao umetanjem \u010detiri specijalizirane molekule, nazvane &#8220;faktori Yamanake&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon 50-ak dana izlaganja tim molekulama normalne stanice ko\u017ee reprogramiraju se u pluripotentne mati\u010dne stanice (iPSC), od kojih nastaju sve stanice krvi: eritrociti, leukociti, trombociti i limfociti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kada stanicu transformirate u iPSC, gube se izvorni tip stanice i njezina funkcionalnost&#8221;, rekao je stru\u010dnjak za biomedicinske znanosti Diljeet Gill s instituta Babraham u Velikoj Britaniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uspjeli o\u010duvati prija\u0161nju funkciju stanica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gill i njegovi kolege su unaprijedili Yamanakinu tehniku i iskoristili faktore Yamanaka za pomla\u0111ivanje stanica ko\u017ee a da se pritom ne gubi njihova prija\u0161nja funkcionalnost, pi\u0161e <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newscientist.com\/article\/2315485-anti-ageing-technique-makes-skin-cells-act-30-years-younger\/?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=echobox&amp;utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1649434685\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Scientist<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici su uzorke stanica ko\u017ee od tri ljudska donora s prosje\u010dnom dobi od oko 50 godina izlo\u017eili faktorima Yamanake tijekom razdoblja od 13 dana kako bi djelomi\u010dno sprije\u010dili njihovo starenje. Zatim su uklonili faktore Yamanake i pustili stanice da se dalje razvijaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naime, pomo\u0107u markera u na\u0161oj DNA, stru\u010dnjaci mogu pratiti njihovu biolo\u0161ku starost (epigenetski sat). S vremenom se neki na\u0161i geni aktiviraju ili deaktiviraju, odnosno stvara se set gena naziva transkriptom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gill i njegovi kolege su ustanovili da se epigenetski sat i profili transkriptoma djelomi\u010dno reprogramiranih stanica podudaraju s profilima stanica ko\u017ee kod ljudi koji su 30 godina mla\u0111i od donatora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pona\u0161ale se kao mla\u0111e stanice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te stanice nisu samo imale pomla\u0111eni epigenetski sat ve\u0107 su i funkcionirale kao one mla\u0111e \u2013 stvarale su vi\u0161e kolagena od onih koje nisu bile podvrgnute reprogramiranju. Kada su ih znanstvenici stavili na umjetnu ranu, reprogramirane stanice su mnogo br\u017ee reparirale o\u0161te\u0107enje nego one starije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kada se mlad \u010dovjek posije\u010de, njegova \u0107e rana br\u017ee zacijeliti. Stoga je ovo stvarno fascinantno. Nismo samo primijetili da stanice imaju mla\u0111i molekularni potpis, one su se i pona\u0161ale pomla\u0111eno&#8221;, rekao je Wolf Reik s instituta Babraham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ono \u0161to je najva\u017enije kod na\u0161eg istra\u017eivanja je to \u0161to smo uspjeli znatno pomladiti stanice a da pritom nismo promijenili njihov identitet ili funkcionalnost. U prija\u0161njim studijama bi ova tehnika rezultirala transformacijom u mati\u010dne stanice, a to obi\u010dno nije cilj tijekom terapije&#8221;, dodao je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ova nova metoda bi se jednoga dana mogla koristiti u lije\u010denju ko\u017enih bolesti, kao \u0161to su opekline i \u010direvi, jer tijelo ne bi odbacilo umetnute stanice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Do sada smo ovu tehniku \u200b\u200btestirali samo na stanicama ko\u017ee.
