Space izvje\u0161tava da je tim kalifornijskih znanstvenika iz California-Riversidea (UCR) simuliranjem alternativnih rasporeda planeta u na\u0161em sustavu otkrio jako zanimljivu stvar. Oni tvrde da je Jupiterova orbita &#8216;ravnija&#8217; ili &#8216;ekscentri\u010dnija&#8217;, ona bi dovela do velikih promjena u orbiti na\u0161eg planeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ta promjena je, pi\u0161u, mogla pobolj\u0161ati Zemljinu gostoljubivost prema \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Da mu je orbita druk\u010dija, to bi moglo pove\u0107ati Zemljinu naseljivost&#8217; rekla je Pam Vervoot, planetarna znanstvenica i voditeljica studije. &#8216;Mnogi vjeruju da Zemlja ima savr\u0161en polo\u017eaj, te da promjene orbite Jupitera na nju mogu utjecati samo negativno. Dokazali smo da su te pretpostavke pogre\u0161ne&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Planeti sa kru\u017enijim orbitama zadr\u017eavaju jednaku udaljenost od mati\u010dne zvijezde od ekscentri\u010dnih, odnosno ovalnih orbita koje se, zavisno o polo\u017eaju, nalaze bli\u017ee ili dalje od sunca. Blizina zvijezdi odre\u0111uje koli\u010dinu radijacije koju planet prima te samim time njegovu klimu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da je Jupiterova orbita ekscentri\u010dnija, tim vjeruje da bi Zemljina orbita napravila isto, \u0161to zna\u010di da bi Zemlja u nekom trenu u svojoj orbiti bila bli\u017ea Suncu. Rezultat bi bilo zagrijavanje najhladnijih dijelova planeta do &#8216;naseljive&#8217; razine izme\u0111u 0 i 100 Celzijevih stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim je uvjeren da bi rezultati njihove studije mogli pomo\u0107i astronomima pri odluci o tome koji planeti izvan na\u0161eg sustava mogu ili ne mogu biti naseljivi. Razlog, nastavlja izvor, le\u017ei u koli\u010dini zra\u010denja koje posredno utje\u010de na godi\u0161nja doba. Potraga za svijetovima koji mogu podr\u017eati \u017eivot trenutno svodi se na otkrivanje planeta u &#8216;naseljivoj zoni&#8217; &#8211; podru\u010dju oko zvijezde u kojem na planetu mo\u017ee postojati teku\u0107a voda. Nova bi studija to mogla promijeniti uvo\u0111enjem gore spomenutog parametra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Prva stvar koju ljudi tra\u017ee kod egzoplaneta je nalazi li se u naseljivoj zoni&#8217; rekao je astrofizi\u010dar s UCR-a Stephen Kane. &#8216;Prisutnost vode na povr\u0161ini prejednostavno je mjerilo koje ne ura\u010dunava oblik planeta ili promjene koje donose godi\u0161nja doba.&#8217; Na naseljivost planeta mogu utjecati drugi faktori poput nagiba planeta koji utje\u010de na koli\u010dinu radijacije koju on dobija od svoje zvijezde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici s UCR-a otkrili su da Jupiter bli\u017ee Suncu, on bi kod Zemlje uzrokovao nagib, \u0161to bi rezultiralo manjom koli\u010dinom sunca, odnosno ve\u0107om povr\u0161inom sa temperaturama ispod ni\u0161tice.
