Personalizirano 3D printano srce mo\u017ee kontrolirati i imitirati kapacitet pacijenta da &#8220;pumpa krv&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedura je po\u010dela tako \u0161to su istra\u017eiva\u010di pretvorili medicinske fotografije srca pacijenta u trodimenzionalni kompjuterski model, koji su potom napravili pomo\u0107u 3D printera i mastila baziranog na polimeru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precizna replika pacijentovog srca stvara se kao mekana i fleksibilna \u0161koljka. In\u017eenjeri tako\u0111er mogu koristiti ovu metodu za printanje pacijentove aorte, zna\u010dajne arterije koja prenosi krv od srca do ostatka tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim je kreirao i rukave nalik man\u017eetama za krvni tlak, koje omotavaju printano srce i aortu kako bi simulirali sr\u010danu funkciju pumpanja krvi. Unutra\u0161njost svakog rukava ima uzorak koji je sli\u010dan foliji s mjehuri\u0107ima. Nau\u010dnici mogu prilago\u0111avati izlazni zrak kako bi ritmi\u010dno pro\u0161irili mjehuri\u0107e u rukavu i &#8220;stisnuli&#8221; srce, \u010dime se simulira pokret pumpanja kada je rukav spojen na pneumatski sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Svako srce je druga\u010dije. Postoje ogromne varijacije, posebno kada su pacijenti bolesni. Prednost na\u0161eg sistema je ne samo \u0161to mo\u017eemo rekreirati formu pacijentovog srce, nego i funkciju u fiziologiji i bolesti&#8221;, izjavio je student Luca Rosalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nau\u010dnici su koristili 3D printer za kreiranje personaliziranih kopija srca pravih pacijenata, kao i mastilo na bazi polimera koje se nakon printanja i su\u0161enja mo\u017ee skupljati i \u0161iriti poput pravog kucaju\u0107eg srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim je koristio medicinske snimke 15 pacijenata s aortalnom stenozom, kao i fotografije svakog pacijenta kako bi kreirali trodimenzionalni kompjuterski model lijeve komore i aorte, primarne komore za pumpanje krvi. Koristili su 3D printer kako bi napravili mekanu,, anatomski korektnu \u0161koljku ventrikula i vaskulature koriste\u0107i pomenuti model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kori\u0161teni su i rukavi za omotavanje printanih oblika, a prilago\u0111eni su i d\u017eepovi svakog rukava tako da, kada se omotaju oko svog oblika i spoje na mali sistem za pumpanje zraka, rukavi mogu biti odvojeno pode\u0161eni kako bi realisti\u010dno skupili i suzili printane modele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er, tim je \u017eelio replicirati neke od intervencija koje su pojedini pacijenti imali kako bi vidjeli da li printano srce i krvna \u017eila reagiraju sli\u010dno.
